Okay... so I found a site called Freewebs where, of course, you can create a website for free (other advertisements included :P ) They offer a variety of website applications such as blogs, forums and other cool stuff to add to your website. Also, if you would like to upgrade to your own domain name, its quick easy payment and affordable too. As for me, I'm still on the freebie level, but I'll get to the domain name level soon.
